Evaluation Criteria:  

•    The need for the project is demonstrated in terms of ecosystems, plants, or animals affected.  
•    The project addresses the systemic causes of, and solutions to, the problem(s). 
•    Key messages, communication plans, and intended impact of the campaign are identified.

•    The approach or strategy shows originality.   
•    Your organization has a successful track record in other campaigns. 
•    A large number of people and/or key decision makers will be reached by this project.  
•    Broad-based community involvement and extensive coalition or collaboration work is demonstrated. 
•    Other sources of funding have been sought.  
•    The project goals are attainable within a one-year grant term.
